前期現場勘測與配置規劃 (丈量費)
服務內容： 包含電腦放樣、平面配置提案乙次。

02 . Interior Design & Design Documentation
核心空間美學與施工圖研擬 (設計費)
服務內容： 包含正式設計會議五次、每次四小時。 「最低接案坪數15坪」
Includes:
* Five formal design meetings (up to 4 hours each)
* Minimum design area: 15 ping (approximately 50 m²)
客變服務(預售屋客戶變更設計)2房$30,000 /戶 3房$50,000 /戶
